2.1. This Privacy Policy applies to: (a) the processing of personal data collected through the FindRates marketing website operated by LogiCore Tech Ltd at https://logicoretechnology.com/ (the "Website"); and (b) the processing of personal data collected through the FindRates chatbot service operated by LogiCore Tech Ltd via Telegram (@findrates_bot), WhatsApp and email (the "Service"). 2.2. The Website and the Service are intended exclusively for business users (B2B). They are not directed at children under the age of 18, and the Controller does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
3.1. When you visit the Website, the Controller may collect the following categories of personal data: (a) Technical data: IP address (processed transiently and not stored in identifiable form), browser type and version, operating system, screen resolution, referring URL, and device type. (b) Usage data: pages visited, time spent on pages, navigation paths, and interaction events, collected in aggregated and/or anonymised form. (c) Contact form data: company name, work email address, professional role (selected from a predefined list), and trade lane or corridor, submitted through the interest registration form on the Website. 3.2. The Controller does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through the Website. Users must not submit any special category data (including data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, or biometric data) through Website forms. 3.3. Personal data collected through the Website is stored by the Controller and is not transmitted to third-party messaging platforms.
4.1. When you use the FindRates chatbot, the Controller may collect the following categories of personal data: (a) Identifiers: Telegram ID, Telegram username, WhatsApp phone number, email address. (e) Technical data: message IDs, timestamps, webhook payload data. (f) AI-derived data: structured outputs and confidence scores. Confidence scores are retained for the sole purpose of operating the accuracy-threshold mechanism: where the confidence score for one or more parsed parameters falls below the minimum threshold, the Service withholds automatic submission and requests explicit confirmation from the user. This mechanism is necessary to ensure the accuracy of transmitted information and to prevent erroneous rate requests being sent on the user's behalf. Confidence scores are not used for any other purpose, are not shared with third parties, and are deleted upon completion or cancellation of the relevant request. (g) Transient data: IP address processed temporarily and not stored.
5.1. The Controller does not intentionally collect special categories of personal data. 5.2. Users must not provide any special categories of personal data as defined under applicable data protection law, including but not limited to data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, data concerning health, or data concerning a person's sex life or sexual orientation. Neither the Website nor the Service is designed or authorised to process such data, and the Company accepts no liability for any special category data submitted in breach of this prohibition. This prohibition mirrors the restriction set out in the Terms of Service.

Such assessment takes into account the B2B nature of the Service, the limited scope of processing, the absence of profiling or marketing activities, and the proportionality of outreach. Users have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting info@logicoretechnology.com.

Transfers to countries that do not provide an equivalent level of data protection are governed by appropriate safeguards in accordance with applicable law, including Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent contractual mechanisms. Prior to any such transfer, the Controller takes appropriate steps to verify that adequate protection is afforded to personal data in the recipient country. 9.3. Where a recipient is located in a country recognised as providing an adequate level of protection under applicable law, transfers are made on that basis. 9.4. Where artificial intelligence providers are used, the Controller applies additional safeguards, including data minimisation, restriction to API-based processing, and contractual prohibitions on the use of personal data for model training.

12.1. The Service operates over user-initiated messaging channels. By sending a message to the Service via Telegram (@findrates_bot), WhatsApp, or email, you initiate the conversation and consent to receive replies, status updates, follow-up questions about your request, and delivery of Rate Cards through the same channel you used to submit.
12.2. The Controller does not send unsolicited messages. The Service does not initiate conversations with users who have not first contacted the Service, except where the user has separately opted in (for example, via a written agreement, a registration form, or by explicitly providing their messaging identifier and consent for follow-up communications).
12.3. The Controller does not use the Service for marketing or promotional broadcasts. Messages sent through the Service are limited to: (a) replies to user-submitted freight rate requests; (b) confirmation messages and clarifying questions where parsed parameters fall below the accuracy threshold; (c) Rate Card deliveries and related operational updates; (d) service notices reasonably necessary to operate the Service (for example, scheduled maintenance or material policy changes).
12.4. Opt-out. You may stop receiving messages from the Service at any time by replying with the keyword STOP (case-insensitive) on the channel you are using — Telegram (@findrates_bot), WhatsApp, or email. Alternatively, you may block the bot or the WhatsApp Business number directly in the relevant client, delete the chat, or send an opt-out request to info@logicoretechnology.com.
12.5. The Controller will action opt-out requests without undue delay and in any event within seven (7) calendar days of receipt. Following opt-out, the Service will not send further messages to the user, save for any final acknowledgement of the opt-out request itself and any communications strictly required to complete a request the user submitted prior to opting out.
12.6. Opt-out from messaging does not by itself trigger deletion of personal data. To request erasure of personal data, please follow the procedure in clause 11 (Data Subject Rights).
12.7. Telegram, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and email service providers operate under their own terms and may apply additional controls (for example, WhatsApp's standard 24-hour customer service window, message labelling, and end-to-end encryption between the user and WhatsApp). The Controller relies on these providers' compliance with their respective platform policies and applicable law.
12.8. Where the Controller contacts business representatives for research purposes, such contact is limited, targeted, and based on publicly available or voluntarily provided business contact data and does not constitute mass marketing.
13.1. Artificial intelligence is used solely for structuring and processing freight rate requests submitted through the Service. 13.2. No automated decisions producing legal or significant effects are made.
14.1. The Controller implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, including encryption, access controls and secure communications. 14.2. The Controller conducts periodic reviews of its technical and organisational measures to ensure they remain appropriate to the level of risk.
15.1. In the event of a personal data breach, the Controller will assess the risk to affected individuals and take appropriate remedial measures. 15.2. Where a breach is notifiable under applicable law, the Controller will notify the competent supervisory authority without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. The notification will include, to the extent available: the nature of the breach, the categories and approximate number of data subjects and records affected, the likely consequences, and the measures taken or proposed. 15.3. Where a breach is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals, affected users will be notified without undue delay through available communication channels.
16.1. Telegram and WhatsApp act as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.
17.1. This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Controller's practices or applicable law. 17.2. In the event of material changes, users will be notified at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect by a prominent notice on the Website. The updated Policy will be published at https://logicoretechnology.com/privacy-policy.html with a revised "Last updated" date.
18.1. This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), United Arab Emirates. In the event of any conflict between this Policy and any other terms published on the Website, this Policy shall prevail with respect to the processing of personal data.
