How FindRates works

Four steps from a free-form request to a ranked Rate Card, returned through the same channel the forwarder used to submit.

    Submit

    A forwarder submits a freight rate request in plain text — origin, destination, container type, cargo, dates.

  2. Step 2

    Parse

    FindRates parses the request with AI, structures the parameters, and confirms with the user if any field is uncertain.

  3. Step 3

    Source

    The platform contacts relevant carriers and agents on the forwarder's behalf and collects rate offers.

  4. Step 4

    Deliver

    Responses are aggregated into a ranked Rate Card and returned to the forwarder via the same channel they used to submit.
